SALES EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve Sales Target;
- Maintain good service relationship with new and existing clients;
- Establish new contracts and sales leads that contribute to the growth of company;
- Prepare quotation, sales confirmation order and sales invoice;
- Coordinate with customer and warehouse on delivery arrangement;
- Follow up with clients payment to make sure it is collected within company’s policies and agreed terms;
- Provide market feedback and updates to management;
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company’s objectives;
- Compile and update regularly on the database for follow up and future reference;
- Able to make effective business telephone calls;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a degree or diploma;
- Minimum 2 years of IT related sales experience;
- Fresh graduate may apply under consideration;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Possess high level of energy and enthusiasm;
- Pleasing & positive personality;
- Computer literate, Microsoft Word & Excel;
- Able to start work within 1 month or less;
- Preferably Singapore / PR;
- Preferably with Class 3 driving license;

IT TECHNICIAN ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware / software issues;
- Commit to meet target deadlines;
- Deliver responsive and high quality service to customers;
- Follow closely to company’s support procedure and escalate client issues to company’s management as appropriate;
- Understand the systems assigned for maintenance and support;
- Update customer and internal documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science or professional certifications in IT, eg: MCSE, CCNA, CNE, CLP, ASE, APSKnowledge in networking set-up and troubleshooting;
- Knowledge in routers, firewalls and peripherals troubleshooting;
- Knowledge in Installation and configuration of MS Windows 2003/2008 Cluster on Exchange, SQL, Domino Notes;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AD design, routers, firewallsstorage area networks, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix or Lotus Domino serverGood working knowledge on Symantec Netbackup, Backup Exec or;
- Strong technical skills in MS Windows NT/ 2000/ XP/ VISTA/ 7/ MS OUTLOOK/ MS OFFICE;
- Excellent spoken/ written English, communication and documentation skills;
- Preferably with Class 3 driving license;
- Preferably Singaporean / PR;
- Able to start work within 1 month or less;

TECHNICIAN/SENIOR TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Supervisor in general repairs;
- Product installation, technical services and maintenance work;
- Assist in troubleshooting works;
- Any other Ad-hoc task assigned;
- Coordinate with customer and warehouse on delivery arrangement;
- Able to work in an independent environment;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a NTC/ ITC/ Diploma;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience;
- Fresh graduate may apply under consideration;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Possess high level of energy and enthusiasm;
